BBKA 4 Day Microscopy Training Course with Lewis Woolnough.

A very important and comprehensive course over 4 full days to prepare those keen to
take up Microscopy; extremely well received by those previously attending the course.
The first three days in November cover the honeybee anatomy; an understanding of
the uses and benefits of Compound and Stereo Microscopes; their set up and care;
microscope practical work; bee dissection, and slide preparation.

It also includes advise on the purchase of equipment – new is not always best.

The fourth day in April is timed to allow attendees to gain some practice and
experience from that learnt from the first three days, for attendees to check and
discuss progress, and to receive further training.
